Return policy
Amour Swimwear will gladly accept returns on all full priced items for store credit only.
Due to high demands we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock once we receive your return. You will be issued a store credit for your return which you may use to repurchase the same or a different item.
Please ensure your item satisfies our return policy below:
- Items are returned within 14 days of delivery.
- All returns must be sent back in their original conditions: unwashed, unworn, no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains.
- Must be returned in the original packaging with all original tags and hygiene sticker attached.
- Sale items cannot be returned unless the item is faulty.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
In the event that an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our policy above the return will be made at our discretion.
Faulty items:
Please email us at info@amourswim.com with your order number and an image of the fault within 7 days of delivery so our team can make arrangements as soon as possible. Any faults that occur after 3 months will not be accepted.
*Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty and cannot be replaced.
How do I return an item?
- Email us at info@amourswim.com with your order number and name of the item you wish to return and why.
- We will send you a form to include in your parcel
- Check your items to ensure they satisfy are return policy.
- Ship your item back to the address provided on the return form, we recommend you send your parcel via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
- Once we receive your return, we will email you a store credit in the form of a gift card.
