Shipping 

We aim to have all orders shipped the same day if placed before 1pm EST.

Once your order has been shipped, an email confirmation will be sent to you with tracking information.

All orders are processed and shipped during business hours, Monday-Friday.

All orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Note: during the holiday season all orders will be packed in 4-6 business days.

At Amour Swimwear we work quickly to process and ship your order, please ensure your items and address are correct before placing the order. You may request for an address change within 24 hours, by emailing us at info@amourswim.com , otherwise we cannot make changes to the address once the carrier has picked up your parcel.

Once your order has been shipped please keep an eye out on your shipment with the tracking number provided for an estimated delivery date. Once your package arrives and is confirmed by the shipping carrier that your package has been delivered, we are not responsible for the loss or theft of your package.

Custom and duties:

Any customs fees or taxes that may be associated with your purchase from Amour Swimwear are the responsibility of the customer. Customs charges and taxes differ from country to country and from state to state. It is suggested you contact your local customs department if you are unsure if any taxes or fees are relevant to you. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact our customer care team at info@amourswim.com.

Unclaimed packages:

Parcels that have been attempted to be delivered but have been rejected, refused or unclaimed due to unexpected custom fee’s will be returned to us. In this situation the customer will be liable for shipping charges. Once the parcel is returned to our team, a gift card will be issued for the value of the order items minus full shipping cost.
